Hello, fellow pet lovers! My name is Despina, and I am the proud founder of Pawrpose. This venture has been a dream of mine for quite some time, and I have been diligently working to bring it to life. Today, I’d like to share the story behind Journey of Love and Purpose Pawrpose and how it evolved from a simple idea into a heartfelt mission.

The Beginning: Preekbee

The initial name of my website and app was “Preekbee,” a unique blend inspired by the names of my three beloved pets: Pretty, Kaseri, and Bella. These pets have been a huge part of my life, and I wanted their spirit to be embedded in my company. However, as time went by, I realized that the name “Preekbee” wasn’t quite resonating with people. Additionally, I began to think about other pets I might adopt in the future, and I didn’t want them to feel left out of the company’s identity.

The Transformation to Pawrpose

After much contemplation, I decided to rename the company to something more meaningful and encompassing. That’s when Pawrpose was born. The name is a blend of “paw” and “purpose,” reflecting our mission to give every pet in need a purpose while also enriching our own lives. A Journey of Love & Purposerepresents a commitment to finding loving homes for pets and ensuring they have a meaningful existence.

Crafting the Logo: A Midnight Epiphany

Creating the logo was another significant step in this journey. I wanted something minimalistic yet cute, with colors that would capture the essence of Pawrpose. I worked closely with developers, but we struggled to find a design that met all my requirements. Then, one Friday night, after a night out, I found myself unable to sleep. At 3 a.m., inspiration struck. I started crafting, and after a few hours of creativity, the perfect logo was born. It was a true labor of love, created in the quiet, reflective hours of the morning.

The Mission: Giving Pets and People a Purpose

Pawrpose is more than just a website or an app; it’s a mission to give pets in need a purpose and, in turn, bring joy and fulfillment to the lives of pet owners. Each pet deserves a loving home and a meaningful life, and each of us can find purpose in providing that for them.
