Your items may arrive at different times, as we source high-quality products from various vendors worldwide. This approach ensures better quality but may result in separate shipments with tracking details from different carriers or countries.
All our products are made on-demand by Printify, a print-on-demand service. This ensures that every item is uniquely created when ordered, so your purchases are fresh and custom-made just for you!

Since all products are made specifically for each order, Printify does not support returns or exchanges if an incorrect size, color, or design was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind. However, if your product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, you can cancel or make changes to it by logging into your Printify account. If the order has already been sent to production, it may not be possible to make any changes or cancellations.

You can request an address change before the product is shipped by accessing your account and clicking “Edit” on the order. However, changes at this stage are not guaranteed. If the order is already prepared for shipping, it may not be possible to make changes.

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, you can upgrade to priority shipping. However, shipping upgrades are not always guaranteed. To upgrade your shipping, access the order in your Printify account and select “Upgrade Shipping.”

In the case of a defective product or a manufacturing error, Printify will offer a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide a clear photo of the issue through the “Submit Issue” form on Printify’s site.
